Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Models must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your model arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at bensonchan5505@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
